HVAC Sales Representative

“All In” Compensation $100K+ at quota

HVAC Sales Reps are responsible for generating revenue and profits for the company. HVAC experience is preferred, but not mandatory as ongoing education and training is available. Position will include, but will not be limited to: calling on existing customers, acquiring new business from pre-qualified leads and networking, preparing sales presentations and using sales materials when calling on clients and potential new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer’s needs and provide them with good, better and best scenarios
  • Create estimates with sales price and labor, effectively write proposals, and present quotes for homeowners
  • Create drawings/sketches detailing the work that is to be done
  • Positively promote Level 9 thru ROI, and value proposition
  • Recommend solutions and link customer objectives to total value solution
  • Prepare paperwork for installation detailing the work and material that is required
  • Calculate a heat loss and heat gain for any heating or A/C new installs or replacements
  • Experience in estimating and creating proposals
  • Maintain a high level of credibility
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined
  • Strong needs-based sales skills and a passion for excellence
  • Working knowledge of MS computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
